10 Tips for Using Inspiration
1. Keep it basic
2. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye-back ground color, font, pictures…et.
3. Mainly pictures, fewer words the better
4. Group things together- make sure you can see the difference between each grouping
5. Add labels
6. Have thought provoking questions that could go to other subjects
7. Not too cluttered
8. Make sure the subject matter is relevant for using Inspiration
9. Simple enough for students to make their own version
10. It can be used to acquire background knowledge of the students for the subject matter
This is my example for using Inspiration. It is about the 5 different categories of animals: Reptiles, Fish, Amphibians, Mammals, and Birds. Then I posted examples of picture of each category. I have some questions in there as well as the connection to the movie Finding Nemo (who doesnt love that movie).
